Governance lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Governance Lead  to join our team!


As a Governance Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing high-level secretariat support to the Board and Committees. You will contribute to the development and implementation of governance processes, facilitate training and inductions, and drive best practices in governance.


This role is based in Darwin. If you have experience in governance, compliance, secretariat support, or policy development and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!


Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000.

Grants Officer and Engagement Advisor

We have exciting opportunities available for Grants Officers and Engagement Advisors to join our team!


  • Grants Officers will play a key role in supporting our grants program, providing guidance to applicants, assessing funding proposals, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
  • Engagement Advisors will focus on building strong relationships with Aboriginal communities, promoting funding opportunities, gathering community feedback, and supporting program delivery.


Both roles are based in Darwin, with opportunities for travel to regional and remote areas. If you have experience in community engagement, grants management, or program administration and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!


Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000.
